Who We Are and What We Do
Site-Lifters is a Framingham-based business dedicated to
improving the use and the look of existing websites. The
team, led by Katie and Mike Spring, brings over 20 years
of combined experience in strategic development, product
management, corporate web design, turn-key e-commerce
solutions, custom programming, and marketing. We deliver
creative designs that work for both our clients and their
customers – keeping in mind our client’s needs and strategy.
How We Work
We strive to deliver all projects on time, on strategy,
and on budget with our clients always the number one focus.
We create a schedule and timeline at the beginning of each
project. Throughout the life of the project we continuously
manage to our deadlines and revise due dates and end dates
as necessary – keeping clients informed every step of the
way. Our designs and marketing plans are developed to meet
your specific goals. Once we understand your overall
strategy, we create plans and sites that reflect those
goals and work to exceed your expectations. Site-Lifters
strives to help you succeed.
Time is money and we work quickly in order to maximize your
budget. There are no hidden surprises in our estimates
during the project. We provide detailed proposals with
outlines of costs included. If by chance the scope of
the project exceeds the original discussed estimate, we
discuss these changes as they occur and not at the end of
the project. It is our job to keep to the budget agreed
and to educate and update when things change.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We work
together with our clients to understand your needs and create
results that are beyond satisfactory. It is our goal to
work as a team with our clients and collaborate on all stages
of the project. Our designs are not "canned." Each client is
different and every customer receives customized solutions
based on your unique goals.
